team work.

as a team,
there shouldnt be people who :

play solo.
which means everything he/she go on his own way without listening
are selfish.
which means people who think of themselves and their own benefits only.
are too tension.
which means when practising/preparing for an activity, he/she wants the team to do well and start instructing people to do this, do that.
this is sometimes good, but, as a team, this will offend people.
do wrong things at wrong time.
which means he/she is playful at the serious time, and serious during relaxing periods.

only do their part.
which means u give them this work, they only do till that limit. they wont ask for other work.
too busybody.
which means he/she wanna do everything. people's cloth, they wanna cut it as well.
cannot accept other people's comment
yea, its no-no. everyone should come and go with a open hearted, not a broken one. =)
over confident.
which means that he/she may be good in something, but when the team cannot catch up, he/she will be on fire and keep forcing the team members to go! go! go!
too princess/prince.
which means you ask him/her to work on something, he/she ''AIKS SO DIRTY!" "SO RUDE, LIKE A BOY'S ACTION LAH" shut that off, cause there's no time for you to say those idiotic crappo.
talk behind and dare not confront others' bad point.
which means, he/she/they talk behind, and dont wanna tell the team mate what's wrong with each others' attitude, and keep talking behind. this is what we dont want in a team. and its not wrong to be straight forward.
dont like him/her way of doing, just SPEAK OUT, but dont SHOUT.

we want the team to move forward, 

but not keep having conflict and be stucked there. 

sometimes,
its hard to work as a team,
cause we're facing so many types of people.
right?
but,
the most of all
is to :
-control your temper
-tolerate
-talk when its your turn 
-shut up when you dont have the need to talk
-shut all the lame craps
-say what u think straight forward 
-dont talk behind other team mates' back
-have commitment
-put in ur effort
-be serious when its time
