and the police finally got his look, but he wasnt in hand yet.

I don't understand what was wrong with the acid splasher

I think he must have some awful past, that got him into doing such acts.

but what he needs should be a psychiatrist, I guess.

Instead of spending his money on acid,

why not buy something more useful.

He must be insane.

I saw a picture of one victim in facebook, 

her face was like totally crumpled.

My heart dropped when I saw that picture.

So everyone out there

be careful when you're walking on the streets,

any motorbikes sounds, or even footsteps,

just mind to look at your surrounding when you're walking,

don't just look in front in a linear line,

look behind, left and right, 360 degrees around.

Be alert!

And a bottle of water in case.

or umbrellas.
