Issues of the day
Memory loss is the single biggest fear for Americans over the age of 55.
So what about Malaysians?
I don't wanna be one of em but this fact just cant be denied.

sometimes when we have something in mind,
and POP! its gone, spontaneously.
and you will go WTF was I thinking about just now?!!
memory loss, our all time best friend, eh?
Some solutions for improving our memory :
1, Crossword puzzles
2, Sudoku puzzles
ok fine BORING.
3, Working up a sweat helps your mind stay fit better than any crossword puzzle
4, Note down important notes
5, Looks at those notes frequently
Below, 20 sure-fire suggestions, to get rid of your bad bad mood :

- Bake something.
- Buy something new for yourself
- Look at pretty fall clothes online.
- Take a kickboxing class.
- Call a close/ old friend
- Sit in a cafe sipping a cappuccino and reading, cell phone off.
- Dance in the living room to Tina Turner.
- Meditate
- Blare your favorite song.
- Ask for a hug.
- Eat a luscious piece of dark choc
- Organize a drawer that's been driving you nuts.
- Repeat a mantra. Try: I am good.
- Write in your journal
- Watch Anne of Green Gables (insert your own favorite feel-good flick here).
- Go for a run.
- Do something kind for someone else.
- Channel the heroine in the movie as yourself
- Take a bath
